THE WIDER ORGANISATION

FL Exercise is a charity and funding is an ongoing process.  If you would like to support our work please get in touch to donate or join as a member for £20 per year.  More details can be found on the national website www.fl-exercise.com.

Should you wish to become involved outside of your class you may be interested in the national website and facebook page and attend FLexercise events such as regional classes, charity days and weekends away where you will discover you are part of a truly warm, vibrant and inspiring network of people.  Connecting in this way really does help you and others keep fit and mobile in the long term.

FAREHAM CLASSES

Wednesday Morning Class

The original class has been running at Titchfield since January 2019.  Come and set yourself up for the day with inspiring music, relaxed company and a positive step towards a stronger version of you.

Thursday Morning Class - not running currently

Our second Fareham class started in May 2019 and we soon established a lovely group of participants improving their wellbeing.  The class went online in 2020 and stayed there until 2023, allowing people from all geographical locations to attend. Well done to those who made this their second class of the week!

I am privileged to have had the opportunity to take over this long standing and well attended evening class near Winchester and to work with such an experienced and wonderful group of people.

Wednesday Morning Class

I was delighted to step in as the new teacher at South Wonston and am thoroughly enjoying our classes.  All members from the old Sutton Scotney and South Wonston classes are encouraged to come along and new participants are always very welcome.
